1. Q. How do I place and pay for an order?
    A. : Please read the detailts of order procedure in the Shopping Guide. Payments accept for paypal or Western Union.

2.  Q. Do you accept money order or checks?
     A. Yes, If paypal if inconvenient for you, please send us the payment through western union. You can place the order and click the payment option "western union", you will be directed to the page with our information for the payment.

3.  Q. Is there any hidden fees or extra charges on your site?
     A. Definitely no. All you paid to us will be on the screen. We do not charge any other than the requested price.

4.  Q. How long does shipping takes?
     A. Counting in the order processing time, the delivery of an order takes approximately 5-10 days after your payment. The average shipping time is around 5-7 days.

5.  Q: Which shipping methods do you use?
      A. Orders are shipped via USPS (U.S Postal Service). Signature is required at delivery.

6.  Q. How much is shipping? 
      A. We offer shipping free to promote the sales temporarily.

7.  Q. How can I see the tracking number of my order?
     A.  To check your order status, simply visit our tracking page by clicking at the 'Track Order' button at the top left corner.You will see your tracking number right beside your order number, Copy and paste the number and track it at www.usps.com. Please allow up to two days to update your tracking information on our website.

8.  Q.  Why there is more than one tracking number of my single order.
        A.  This is possible for orders with more than 4 items, we may devide the order for shipments in accordance with order processingd. Thus, you will see more than one tracking number.

9. Q. Does the size run true? 
      A. All our shoes are true to size, We inspect each pair for quality and true size before shipment.

10. Q. What about wholesale?
